The non-billable staff consists of clerical and managerial personnel. The managerial staff
comprises mainly of highly decorated former defence services officers  holding the ranks
of  Colonel onwards complimented by a young and highly experienced civilian team of professionals in the fields of sales, marketing, operations, HR and administration.
The branch heads and operational staff are mainly military officers.

Premier Shield does not employ contractual staff. All the members in Premier Shield are bonafide employees of Premier Shield.

Premier Shield does not fix compulsory age for retirement.

The hiring norms specify that nobody above the age of 40 will be inducted in the billable
staff category. However the converse does not hold true.
 
On reaching the age of 40 mostly the security guards have been promoted to better
positions in supervisory category (s).
