do you recruit your Guards from.
Ans: From surrounding districts
of the state and/or neighbouring, other states, zila sainik
boards.

Do you also provide Ex-servicemen.
Ans: A
mix of civilian and ex servicemen can be provided at a ratio
of 80/20; however ex-
serviceman will attract a higher rate
(rate to be quoted as per the local
availability/procurement price
locally)

What sort of training is imparted to the Guards.
Ans: Training
is provided by prtc/training officers with the assistance of
NISSMAT. types of
training i.e. induction/on the job/
refresher may be enumerated.
7. What
kind of supervision is carried out .
Ans: Regular
Day and Night checks are carried out through Inspectors/Operations
Officers.
Branch Manager, Operations Managers and
Regional Managers also carry out
routine
supervisory checks.

Is there any replacement/rotation done.
Ans:
All guards are rotated periodically in consultation with the
client.
9. How
do you verify the character of a Guard before employment.
Ans:
Police verification is done for all guards besides our
internal verification.

is your normal recruitment procedure.
Ans:
Through PRTC, various sources of media, DGR/sainik boards,
and the word of
mouth.

Are your guards trained for First Aid and Fire Fighting.
Ans:
Basic training is provided in fire fighting and first
aid. However trained fire crews can
be provided at an extra cost.

How will
they handle emergencies.
Ans: The
site and post instructions prepared by us lay out procedures
for handling
emergency situations.
13. Can
your guards speak in English and handle reception duty after
office hours.
Ans:
All guards have a working knowledge of
English; however specific request for
handling reception duties can
be met at an extra cost.
14. In case of an emergency, what systems do
you have in place to tackle them such as Control Room etc.
Ans:
All emergencies are reported to our 24 hr operational
control room who in turn alerts
our field staff and senior
executives thru pagers/mobiles etc who in turn establish
immediate contact with our
guards/client and rush to the spot if required.
